today was a crazy good day

there was a guy named homicide who lived in the crack house.  well, i have been waiting and praying to meet him because i believe that this guy has some role to play.  well, for those who know that i have been looking and waiting for him, the wait is over.  i got the privilege of meeting him today.  his real name is william…and we are very excited to see all that God is going to do through him.  sure, we talked with him for 4 hours about the LORD.  sure he walked through the building confessing things that he had done and was repentive.  sure, he was wanting to come and be apart of the crazy work that is being done in the inner city.  of course, he was such a blessing to all of us who were there to greet this man, that the LORD is preparing to use…but also, right afterwards, we saw him smoking his crack pipe with some friends.  William aka homicide, just got out of prison on saturday, and like everyone they go to the inner city.  but the LORD isn’t finished with him and i look forward to keeping you posted on this guy.  he is one of those guys that we win for the kingdom and he will bring many with him.  he is a leader.  keep him in your prayers.

  1. You truly are looking at people through God’s eyes. You see them for what they can be, and not for what they are. NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. FOR BY IT THE ELDERS OBTAINED A GOOD TESTIMONY (Hebrews 11:1-2). These people who you minister to, really get to see the love of God at work. God bless you for your obedience to Him.
